I think they’re called digital now. A bank with no branches, often no physical cards, none of the stuff many of us are used to. Is it even convenient? If something happens, where do you turn and where do you go with a problem?

You don’t go anywhere. That’s the convenience. Well, a small part of it, actually. If there’s a problem or questions, you write to the chat or call the helpline, and that’s it. Going to a bank branch is a crazy waste of time, if you ask me.

I still think there’s a segment of the population, like older people, who find it more comfortable to talk to a live person by going to a specific place. Other than that, digital banks are a delight. I have an account with Roarbank, I immediately found Roarbank contacts on their site just in case, and there’s support in the app. In other words, even if I suddenly need help, there are tons of ways I can get it without leaving the house.
