Meetings Each meeting will be held on Tuesday at 7:00pm Mountain time All Squad Leaders must be present unless they have notified another Squad Leader or their second in command within their own squad Each Meeting shall start out by having the Clan Leader making the opening statements One person will talk at a time if you have something you wish to bring up wait your turn Keep all personal matters out of the meeting If there is a disagreement during a meeting it will be solved on the spot with help from the squad reps if it continues it will be dealt with outside of the meeting All meetings must be recorded in one form on another The final statements will be made by one of the squad reps Punishment Warning, Suspension, Expulsion Punishments will be followed like this First infraction will be meet with a Warning Second infraction will result in a Suspension meaning that person may not take part in clan matches or other activities for a set period of time The Third and final time will result in a immediate Expulsion from the clan unless said otherwise by a Squad rep or the clan leader (Some infractions may cause a immediate Suspension or Expulsion if the need arises) Training Training will be held on a daily basis excluded the days when clan meetings are being held Training will be held by a squad leader or their second in command Training will be Broken down into Three types In clan training AI training Live Fire In Clan Training This training is training between squads Examples and usage Members of different Squads having training with each other Members of the same Squad being on both Sides of a TDM match Any form of training in which there is no Ai or outside players taking part AI Training Training using the Combat Training mode Examples and usage A squad working on tactics or map memorization A squad working on teamwork When ever the Squad leader or Second in command is not able to attend Live Fire This is training against outside players found on Xbox Live Examples and usage Xbox Live matchmaking Clan Battles Clan Matches Live Fire results will differ from all other training due to the factor of random players with random skill levels Clan Matches and Clan Battles As the Clan grows so does the need for matches against other clans There are two types of Clan Verse Clan Clan Matches Clan Battles Clan Matches Clan Matches that are a one game result Rules Only one squad may go against another clan at a time Squad Leaders must be present for the match The Match must be Saved and Placed in the Squad Leader's File Share At all times during a Clan match Respect must be shown to the other clan DO NOT LEAVE THE MATCH even if a single squad members leaves the match it will negatively affect the outcome of the match and the Clans standings Do not argue before, during, or after the match it is a sign of disrespect and will be dealt with a Suspension Clan Battles Clan Battles are a series of Matches where the clan with the most amount of wins is declared the Winner Rules Multiple Squads may take part in the battle Only on squad per match Squad Leaders must be present for each match that involves their own squad The results will be save on the Clans forum to save time and space At all times during a Clan match Respect must be shown to the other clan Do Not LEAVE THE MATCH DO NOT LEAVE THE MATCH even if a single squad members leaves the match it will negatively affect the outcome of the match and the Clans standings Do not argue before, during, or after the match it is a sign of disrespect and will be dealt with a Suspension Clan Battles are to be decided by a vote during a clan meeting it is a big deal and must be treated like one Ranks With in this clan there are ranks that are held by fellow members These ranks are for highest to lowest Clan Leader Squad Rep Squad Leader Squad assistant Squad member Recruit Clan Leader This is the highest Rank there is. The Duties of the Squad Leader are but not limited to Day by Day running of the Clan Making the final decision on matters that affect the clan Creating new Squads Promoting new Squad reps Any Issues that cant not be solved by the Squad reps The Clan has the right to over right any decision made by any Squad Rep or Leader The right to remove or add any member they see fit Squad Reps There are only two Squad reps at a time Their Duties are as follows To bring up any concerns to the Clan Leader To Solve Issues among the Squad Leaders To listen to any matters the affects the Clan To promote or demote members of the Clan One Squad rep must be present at a Clan meeting for it to take place To find the right squad for each member To settle disputes with in the Clan To tend to the day by day issues involved with running a Clan Squad Reps are the only people that can bring up issues to the Clan leader Outside of Meetings Squad Reps must check up on all Squads to see that they are training and following the code Book Finding Clan Battles Squad Leaders Squad Leaders run their own Squads and watch over its members Their Duties are as follows Training all members in their Squads Recruitment Finding Clan matches Solving issues within their Squads Seeing to each Squad member's needs in game Helping Squad members level up in game and assisting them with in game perks Tending to the needs of their Squad Squad assistant Squad assistants are second in command within their own squads and will fill in for their Squad leader when needed Their Duties are as follows To fill in for Squad leaders To notify The Squad Reps when their Squad Leaders are gone Assist the Squad Leader in their Duties Must update their Squad Leader with any Information about the Clan Must be an active part on the Forum Squad Members Squad Members follow instructions given by the higher ups Their Duties are as Follows Attend all Training sessions Follow in game commands Fill in game roles Train and work towards the improvement of the Squad Help train recruits Recruits Recruits are people who have just joined the Clan and have not be assigned to a Squad yet Their Duties are as follow Follow all instructions given by higher ups Submit requests to the Squads that they want to join General Rules Each Member must show respect at all times unless there is an agreement between the two Act towards the benefit of the Clan Follow all instructions Attend Training unless told otherwise Be an Active part of the Clan Keep it Simple in game instructions must not be confusing Keep the Com lines clear don’t speak unless it matters Work together Keep it clean Cursing is allowed but do not go overboard Respect each others views Relationships stay out of the clan Personal views such as politics and Religion is to be kept out of the Clan Personal matters stay personal keep it out of the meetings The Higher ups are there to help you DO NOT BOTHER THE CLAN LEADER the Clan Leader runs the Clan the only people that can interact with the Clan Leader with Clan issues are the Squad Reps Meetings will be held amongst the Squad Leaders or their Assistants if not present, One or more Squad reps, and the Clan Leader After Each Meeting The Squad Leaders must relay the meeting details to their own squad Each and Every member has a voice so wait your turn to speak Recruitment Each Member of the Clan is required to actively recruit When Recruiting these guidelines must be followed Recruits must put in their bio who recruited them and when Recruits must be over the ages of 17 Recruits must have some form of in game skill to be recruited Recruits can not join a squad unless they complete basic training Recruits Follow the same rules as anyone else Recruits can Leave as they please they are not yet full fledged members yet The Blacklist The Blacklist is a list of Gamer Tags and people that are not allowed in or back into the clan People on the Blacklist have been put there because the have done one of the following Betraying the Clan Having broken the rules multiple times Being disruptive multiple times Have been Suspended from the clan before Active Leave For many reason Members of the Clan may have to leave from time to time. With this they can take an Active Leave. This means they are still members of the Clan but cannot show up to meetings or training. To file for Active Leave you must submit an Active Leave Request with the following information to an Higher up Reason for Leave Duration of leave Who will be your replacement Contact information such as Email address or Phone number so you can be notified of ant major Clan changes *The Code book is still under development and is under review This Clan is under development and as such is not 100%
