I have a suggestion, however its a heavy handed approach to a problem .. so am absolutely willing to be told NO..

When rabbit does a ban he enters a IP address into the banlist.txt

such as 11.22.33.44 -1

The 11.22.33.44 is the exact IP address of the hacker -1 is perm ban (I think, I used to know what the -1 was for once)

ie FKFKFKF would have been an entry of

92.99.89.252 -1

So as we have a lot of UAE hackers at the moment hows about a (temporary) subnet ban on most of the suspect UAE players ??

ie 92.99.0.0 -1
This is a set of subnet bans which will bam every one from 92.99.0.1 to 92.99.254.254 ie potentially lot of people

quite interesting stuff. Let's see, if someone comes back hacking in this range. If so, I'll ban 'em this way.
But idk for what the -1 stands for and never heard of it too. I only do /rcon addIP "IPofthehacker"

Also at the same time I demo'd IAMBACK I demod "theguradian" who was also aimbotting .. I have a demo of them however forgot to stop it and its now a 4M demo of a few mins of him playing and 10 mins of me playing .. LOL

I believe the /rcon addip command adds the addresses to the banlist.txt file
