I cought him on another server and talked to him.
He admited as I asked him if he ever hacked.
He hacked on many servers two of them were mine and |ALPHA| uptown
I think we could give him another chance, because he did it out of curiosity and admited the first time I asked him

I agree .. he came clean, hes stupid for using his gaming PC and his name to "test his curiosity" . Offer him ne more chance and tell him he will get randomly demo'd and checked
