additional rules for the referees:

Rule #1: NEVER moderate other admins/referees. It's highly forbidden! Tell the story rabbit and he'll decide who is right!
Rule #2: If there is a cheater, then record a demo and THEN ban it and post the demo!
Rule #3: The rules of the players apply for referees, too!
Rule #4: Remember to log out when you leave the server!
Rule #5: Be not logged in/moderate when you are aliased.
