I saved his KeyHash months before.
So bann is possible, but i think someone should talk to him than.
I saw him often use dirty language and bad words, but is that enoght reason? People leave our server cause this.. sad.

Talk 2 him and see if things change. I have heard other saying the same thing about him, but never seen it my self.

Speakin about tripp mcneally. I have rarely seen player with such disruptive attitude against other ppl. So it's easy to believe what smoker said. He said that "I should suck his dick" etc. when I was tryin to keep ppl out of mainrape. I'm not easily provoked, but don't like that kind of talk either.

yes, we (lareon and me) talked to him a few hours ago, and he wont understand that most of the people want to have fun in this game, he play's to serious and is very agressiv against new players without skills and espacialy against teamkillers (we all dont like tk's, but he really hate them). I told him that he don't need to talk this way, that we respect good players like him even more if he act "nice". And he is no bad player at all, he has some skill, and in the following map he played fair and doesn't talk agressiv any more, maybe it helped.

I really don't know what we should do if it continues, a ban is always hard, but i'm afraid he wouldn't learn anything and come back even worse. So maybe the only way to get him lose is a permant ban, and we all know that you could also trick that. In the end he comes back even more disruptive...

Maybe he needs some more lessons in fair play and respect from our master barfly Seriously, I don't know how old he is, maybe he doesn't understand that he could get respected even without being a "hard guy"

Maybe we should invite him to join the discussion about him so he can see that we are willing to help him, and that we are not only the stupid old teachers who try to suppress him.

I don't know why he just have to blather all the time. Maybe he just likes to provoke other, especially new ppl. Might be so, but I'm quite sure that he has taken only a role, so it's just waste of time trying to discuss with him about this situation So many people think that enything can be said on the net.

Ban is possible, but I think it's like Chris said that he only begins to compete against KGC and tryes to trick permanent ban and likely he succeed in that so he returns even worse. In my opinion, we just need to shape his behavior more suitable for the server and the best (also oldest) trick is to build up his positive behavior and deteriorate negative. It's possible in this kind of situation f.ex. when we praise if he acts nice against others and "zeroline" if not (custom kick, 10 min?) The most important point here is that KGC has coherent policy and all members obey it. How do you think about this?

i really appreciate all your reasonable and meaningful comments. i like that you try to keep this community clean. it makes me happy. i personally don't like him, cause he permanently acuses me of cheating, but that's not the point. it's about having fun and we can only do that if we respect each other. we also should tolerate those players who don't play bfv for the last 8 yrs and just getting to know it. maybe barfly could speak his mind at this point as well cause in the end it's also his decision what will happen next.

Thx Barfly! Trip can be so over the top I suspect mental illness, lol, but he loves BFV so maybe a talk will work. Some days he is fine and then other days he goes into explicit sexual detail of what he is going to do to someones dead mother after he digs her up......lol, not sure how to handle someone like that.
