So saying something back to a person who directly insults me all the time and breaks the rules by teamkilling and ramming me is a ban-able offense? I think it shouldn't be in all honesty. I never say racist or harmful things to other people except headhunter who has a proven record of being a trouble starter. I consider Hash to be one of my better friends on KGC and bfv for that matter... Don't take this as me begging to be back on the server because I have too much pride for that. I will clean my act up as long as others clean their acts up. This includes how they play and how they provoke. KGC is a good server, it just needs to have more of an honorable approach to war , because without that it is just hello server with mods. Just take into consideration all that has been said.

Okay. So. I want to end this situation here and now.

BOTH players will get banned.

BOTH the provoker AND the player who strikes back!

Remember. You can always make a screenshot about the harassment, when there are no admins around, or we don't have the logs (we probably have the logs) and post it to us.

Ok that is fair.

But also bail-ramming and team switching to annoy/team kill shouldn't be tolerated and that is what HH does all the time. I am not the kind of person who goes running to admins when I have a problem ,but apparently I have to because if i say something back I too will get banned, thats fine its your rules not mine and if I play there I will have to accept them. New strategy I simply will not play when HH is on the server unless an admin is on, because he is nothing but trouble, he tried to get me banned the first time and he suceeded. So he will not get the better of me any more.

Headhunter is a DICK and everyone knows it. This doesn't give you the right to use foul language on KGC Server !
