Server News: The server has been up and running for just under a week now and I must say honsetly its done better than I expected. Right now its running a rotation of Rush maps with 1 player start for those of you who want to make some easy points. Its a funny thing - some days it fills up on its own and some days when we play we get only 2 or 3 others to join. However, I'm confident the more it gets used the more people will find it and the easier it will be to get a full game going. Already its moved form 11k + in the rankings to 8616 as of yesterday, and has hosted over a hundred different players. Top player so far is some dude named IonJon, Rick (Smoke) comes in third, Teh Kilrain is fourth, and MrNoFear rounds out the top five. Theres been some talk about bumping the server up to 32 players. I think honestly it would help more people find it in the filters and therefore would have an easier time filling it, as I'm just not sure how many people look for 16 player servers specifically. I'm as anxious as anybody to start seeing some good action on our own server, but for right now I think we should keep it where it is, and we'll put it up for a vote later if it should be bumped up or not. For all you other players out there, please help us get our server off the ground. We'd like to run a good friendly server, and maybe cater to those out there with less than uber skills (like us)so as to have some good competative matches. But we cant do that without getting a player base going, so if you're around, most Lamers are poking in weekdays after 7 or 8 EST. Jump on in and help us get a game going. Also please drop me a line or post in the forums with any suggestions you may have for our server to provide a better experience. Androctus
