This community does not have a refund policy. If you submit a charge back, then you will be permanently banned from our servers. If you are mistakenly double charged, we will only refund one of the payments.

I bought Donor Mod, can I get a refund if I resigned/banned?
Unfortunately, as our policy states, there are no refunds. It is indeed your money to decide whether or whether not you should pay for somethng. We are not a retail store where you're allow to get a refund for an item that you don't want.

Can I request for an item to be added as part of a donation?
You can, but it may not be accepted. We have to determine if this is okay or not. If it's not, we'll let you know why and you can decide from then.
