Dealing With Post-Surgery Fatigue

A few months ago, I had minor surgery and although I’m healing fine, I still feel like my body is weighed down by all the meds and stress from the recovery period. I’ve been wondering if a medical detox could help flush things out and speed up my return to feeling normal. Do you have any recommendations for something safe and doctor-approved?

I had a similar experience after getting my wisdom teeth out—between the painkillers, antibiotics, and just lying around recovering, I felt sluggish for weeks even though the surgery itself went fine. My digestion was off, my energy tanked, and I just didn’t feel like myself. What really helped me reset was looking into a supervised detox, where doctors guide you through clearing all that stuff safely. If you’re curious, orange county detox is a solid place to check out for a doctor-approved approach.
