I have been feeling completely drained and unproductive for weeks now. How do you guys manage to regain your drive when you feel stuck in a rut and can't focus on your goals?

When I feel stuck, I stop chasing big goals for a few days and focus on tiny wins instead. Even finishing one simple task helps rebuild momentum. Getting outside more and reducing screen time also helps me reset mentally and regain focus.

I completely understand your struggle because I was in the exact same position last month. When you reach a point where you feel like i have no motivation to do anything the best approach is to start with micro-steps. I highly recommend trying the Headway app for this. Its bite-sized book summaries and gamified daily achievements make it incredibly easy to learn without feeling overwhelmed, helping you rebuild consistency and spark your inner drive.
