Caught Off Guard by My Teen's Behavior

Lately, I noticed my teenage son acting strangely—he's been secretive with his phone and avoiding family time. Yesterday, I found out he’s been talking to strangers online, which was a wake-up call. I’m not trying to invade his space, but I need some way to keep him safe. Can anyone recommend a good app to monitor phone activity? I want something reliable but not too invasive.

Totally get where you're coming from—went through something similar with my nephew a year ago. He started isolating himself, glued to his phone, and we brushed it off as “teen stuff” until he got into a sketchy situation with someone pretending to be his age. It really shook us. We wanted to keep trust intact but also stay aware, so my sister ended up using SpyBubble . It's discreet but gives enough insight to notice red flags. It helped open up an honest convo between them too, which was the real win.
