Any ideas for how we can recruit members and also keep old members in...please post any ideas below??

Can you guys only have 10 menbers? and is their a possible way to Expand

No we can have as many as we want but it doesnt help we accept anyone and everyone cos then it basically means nothing to be apart of the clan.. so it has to be worth summin if u get wat im saying...jus need summin to expand like in make our name strong to other clans and players

I agree with Sting, members should be from SA. We also shouldn’t just accept anyone that applies. Here’s a few ideas I have in this regard:
1. Ppl wanting to join the clan should fill in some sort of application form. I have an idea of the details we would need from them and will email a draft copy to Sting.
2. As Sting also said they must play at least once a week, more if possible.
3. We should also keep an eye on them for a few days while they playing just to make sure they not cheating in anyway.
4. All members should comment on the person applying for membership and say whether they approve or not and their reasons for their decision. Only after every member has given their opinion should a decision be made. I think its only fair towards all members to have a say in who joins and who don’t.

Yea i agree! jus want to know more on numbers like wat limit do we stop accepting and when we do need new members who do we kick out type of thing ?:) not that we have to kikc people out...? jus thinking ahead?

Well i think if you are going kick a member it should be based on breaking a rule. Members should set an example to other players by not cheating and using hacks. If a members do that then he definately deserve to be kicked out of the team.

This server do not have any rules at the moment and i think its time we start applying rules. The only time Fern really ban a player if when that player uses a hack.
