you can kick someone if:

someone prop blocks
if someone rdm's
not adverting more than once
repeated arguing with staff
unraidable basing
having a fading door directly in front of a buyable door multiple times
having more than 3 keypaded fading doors (its ok to have buttoned fading doors as well as 3 keypaded)
killing staff while they are in a admin/moderator sit
repeatedly wasting staff time
