1. No cheating

4. NO Solo TV in attack heli is allowed.
5. NO Ramming
6. No stealing vehicles FROM UNcaps.
7. NO FLying Commanders
8. Commanders can fight and use Armor.
9. Snipers can shoot into the uncap
10. Spec ops may attack uncap at any time.
11. No Uncap Attacks at Any Time.
12. No air or arty attacks on uncaps at any time.
