For a repair station you require a fuel pump.
These can only be looted on missions (to my knowledge), once you place a pump in your base you will be able to refuel, repair and rearm without finding a gas station. Please note these are pretty rare to find. |

Hi,
you can loot them in industrial buildings too, but also pretty rare. |

when I try to build a fuel pump it says requires fuel tank within 30 metres, where do I get fueltanks from?

Elton all you have to do is place it on some sort of constructed floor (I put mine on 1/4 wood floor) and it should work.

As long as YOU are on a floor of any description you can place it anywhere. Otherwise as stated above, the pump must be placed on a floor.
