We at Static, strive to be the most bright and outstanding guild in Perfect World, whether by dominating in Territory War and dungeon raids, or being honest and helpful to each other and to those outside of our guild. We are a shining light in Heaven's Tear, leading by example with confidence, compassion, and good thoughts that bear the fruit of enjoyment and fulfillment. Static is a casual guild with the intent to own territory. Members are encouraged to join one another in this goal, and in other goals such as socializing, raiding dungeon, defeating bosses, and fulfilling cultivation quests. Also, members are encouraged to help one another, unless the situation calls upon the responsibility of only one member. In order to shine in all ways, we at Static also recognize that there are also players who wish to concentrate more on the social aspect of Perfect World. Supporting others and creating friendships by completing quests, defeating bosses, and leveling, together, bring the members of our guild together, and complete Static as a community. As in life, what everyone receives from of the Static community, is the synergy of what everyone has devoted to the community. A warning of what Static is not about: it is not about putting down other players because their level is lower, it is not about criticizing higher level people for putting more time or money into the game, it is not about giving up and quitting before trying to become part of the community, it is not about disrespecting people within the guild or without. It is not about complaints unheard. It is not about "trash talk" of others. It is not about "ego trips" and not about being a dictator. It is not about "trolling" and not about "pessimism," saying things will not work out, and putting something in the most negative and only seeing the dark side of every issue. All the aforementioned, especially negativity and darkness, are antithetical to Static. Static is about providing full support to its members, no matter what level they are. Of higher level players giving advice to new players, and helping in cultivation, dungeons, and bosses. Of how players of any level, will be able to depend on each other, and further one another's goals. Static is a place where there will be someone to talk to when there are interpersonal disputes. To which suggestions will be listened carefully. Where there is a transparent process for important guild decisions, and where each and every member can be part of making a difference. Static will be friendly with other guilds and people that are friendly with Static. We believe honest cooperation and friendly interaction with other factions and those without factions, will improve the quality and enjoyment of the entire Heaven's Tear server.
