The only requirements are: -If you play to have fun, and get along well with current members, -Don't camp, don't TK, -And don't ruin anybody else's game experience... You can pretty much ask any [ACME] member to join. If two or more members are in agreement that you'd be an asset... you're in! It's that simple.
