Hello,
Raiding can be very confusing at first - get to the rift, defend the temple, etc...I was very confused when I was a new player about all these terms so hopefully this post will shed some light on where to go and what to do when it comes time to defend our nation. Go Feonir! ~Below are some crude directions that I made in Paint ![]() This is the first map that we begin in (Verband). ![]() The dotted line represents the path up to the next map - Amarkand. Here, the dotted line shows the fastest path to the Rift, located just beyond Rhawn Crossroads. ![]() The Rift is the place where there is a teleportation stone that lets people warp to the other nations. Rift: ![]() Teleport Stone: ![]() When you are in a Raid Party (several parties of 6 chained together) the party leader can warp to a nation and take the entire raid party with them. It's important to not go into the next nation on your own because this causes you to break from the party. In these situations we recommend using our voice chat so we can all communicate effectively. ![]() Once you are in the foreign nation, you begin from the Rift, and must make your way with the party to one of the temples. ![]() This is the world map (accessible in-game using U). This is a handy way to check which relics a nation has and what temple they are being stored at. Be careful of the NPC guards - they have a mean AoE that will surely knock out most Lv.20 players caught in the way. This image shows a crude line that roughly shows the way around the npc guards to reach the Amarkand Temple. The is the most basic temple which most people deride as being too easy for others to raid and will avoid storing our valuable relics there - but basics is what this is all about. ![]() Once your party has made it to a Temple there will be NPC guards as well as a series of crystals which must be destroyed before the relic can be stolen. Once someone takes a relic, they glow brightly. This person must make it safely back to their own nation with the help and defense of the rest of the party. Once back in your own nation, you must take this relic to one of your own temples of your choosing to seat the relic safely. Hopefully that covers the general things - certainly these were the most confusing to me as a new player and I hope this helps out our guildies who are new to this. Lastly - If you are in the main raid party as the person who is holding the relic, you will receive massive Honor Points for being in the party and in the immediate area when it is placed. And Honor Points can be used to buy special Honor gear.
