Just a word of advice, since it's quite easy to zip the file and send it to BeastsOfEast@gmail.com...

I'll agree with Rumble there because it a centralized way to submit videos for upload.

Since the files associated with video are so large, email generally isn't an appropriate solution. I suggest dropbox.

dropbox is a website/program developed by a team of students at MIT. It's a free website that allows you 2.5GB of free web file hosting.

You can upload your large files to a public folder or to custom private folders. Here's how it works:

Public folder - Anyone can download the files from your public folder with the appropriate link.

Private folder - You can set up 'groups' of users, and these users will share accessibility to the files in the corresponding private folder. You can have unlimited private folders, each with any array of users attached, which will suit any comfort level necessary.

ADDITIONALLY dropbox comes with a desktop application, which allows you to use your dropbox folders like an everyday folder, somewhere on your computer. You just assign it a location of your choice, then you can upload without opening a browser and using a clunky uploading widget. You just drag the files into the folder and it uploads. When others upload files, they appear in your folder.

[Edit] This would certainly ad ease to the exchange of videos. I think that is a good idea considering the difficulty and time already consumed by the content creation process. Personally, I know I would be more apt to join your channel and to make content if it was as easy as that.

DOUBLE POST.

Make sure to get a referral from someone who's already a member. you get an additional 250MB for each person you refer. The person who uses the referral also gets that 250MB.

I'll send rumble the initial invite via PM. After that, everyone should get his referral so his "mother box" is the largest.

I like it... but Wiggsy's idea is to give the PW to content contributes to post videos up to you tube. Then the admin will O.K. the video and make it public, put it in the right play list ETC.

Well, I already have a Dropbox account... Derp.
so yeah.. http://db.tt/yVwtRcC
Btw, The password will be given out to serious contributors for the Channel. I will be watching your vid(s) and if I think it's good enough, i'll hand over the password. This is also to prevent mass abuse of the channel (Not that i do not have any faith in you guys but new people can see this aswell and so it's fairly easy to bust this channel.) God will get the password as soon as i can since he's already contributing AND he is an admin, which means you can trust him.

Still, I'll be remaining Head admin and Brit and 9dragon as YT Admins, Anyone else who has the password (given by either me, britkid or 9dragon) is a Contributor (only uploading! We'll do the rest.)

(EDIT: Also, .ZIP files are a very good alternative for Dropbox. Even better, i'd rather have a Zip then through dropbox but oh well. it makes them REALLY small, so pretty much always under the 250 mb.)

Ok guys, i could continue the Let's Play in the same format or in some pretty large vids (like 30 minutes, or even 1 hour vids.) Up to you guys how i should do this cause it would save my tons of time actually to do large vids

Smaller vids would prolly get more views. Many ppl (including myself) are bit lazy to watch long videos. For me the absolute max is like 15 minutes.
But your time is important too.
