I feel I need to address this due to some hurt feelings. The Jr Clan Leaders were chosen on a 3-fold criteria. Age(16 or older), Clan Activity(TS,RICS,Forums,Admin in servers), and Ability to enforce policies. The 5 guys I chose WERE NOT chosen for ANY other reasons than these. The people passed by were Murderer, Playmaker, Nacho and Zuba and many others. Those 4 guys have been loyal members for over a year and I think highly of them all. But again, thats not part of the criteria for Jr Clan Leader. All 4 would have been chosen had they been able to fulfill those 3 things. For whatever reasons they cant and we all understand the clan is secondary to real life. I hope this clears some things up.

Ok I made General a new ranking. This ranking is for the young students or otherwise who have met all expectations over the time in the clan but are too busy to play with us as often as other Leaders can. These guys are fully capable to be Clan Leaders and their rank is my recognition of that. Man, so many quality people in this clan makes it hard on me to make it all fit
 The Associate Clan Leaders are the heart and soul of UO and other games. Nacho, Zuba, Code Blue, Rumble and others are all mature young men that can move up to Associate. They're just too busy to be able to do more. Those 4 guys are next in line for that promotion all depending on their participation level. Henry and I will always be watching for changes in that area. So Playmaker, Impos and Murderer are the Generals. I have strong feelings for this decision so please, no complaints or whining.(not that you guys ever do that;) ) The 3 amigos at associate Clan leader are the same. I made a few lower level promo's. Congrats to all. Wiggsy
