Ok, I'll try to give Superman some help on this one. As multiple teams like to have set times for the BE league matches, here are the new dates and times for the matches of week 3. You can always find them on the frontpage of [url=]http://beuoleague.webs.com/
Saturday 10th of December 1 PM EST = 7 PM CET(Dutch) RageKings vs Team Paranoid Sunday 11th of December 2 PM EST = 8 PM CET (Dutch) Team Nobody vs The Good the Bad and us Losers Sunday 18th of December 2 PM EST = 8 PM CET (Dutch) The Youths of Ownage vs Team Gus (fka Team Britkid) The match of Team Nobody vs Team Gus (1 vs 6) that is still open from week 2 will be scheduled the week after this, or if they have time, they might be able to arrange a match themselves in between all other matches. *****************************IMPORTANT********************************** We try to make this league work, so follow the important points below! Instructions for team captains: 1.Team captains will NEED to check with ALL 5 of their team mates if they can make it to the scheduled match or not. I suggest you send them a PM and request them to reply if they can play the match or not. Being a team captain you need to manage your team and make sure at least 3 players play the match. 2.If less then 3 people will show up you can request the team captain of the opposing team to set a more suitable date and time OR make sure that you can find substitutes to complete your team. Many players are in TS on the time of the matches, so substitutes can be found easily. 3.When a match is scheduled and a team has less then 3 players, it will be a forfeit. 4.Make screenshots of the match result or ask a team member do that. Screenshots can be uploaded at the forum as proof of the result. Instructions for team members: 1.When your team captain asks you if you can be at the match, please respond as soon as possible and let him know whether you can be there or not. 2.When another team captain asks you if you can be a substitute in their match, and you are available, be so kind to help the other team out and play. *************************************************************************** Thank you for reading this. If we all do our little part for our own team we can make this a success, I’m sure of that. Enjoy your matches! ![]()

These rules stated above should be followed. What this is that Bionog is doing is called Leadership. Proper leadership, not just telling people what to do but leading in a clear and organized way. If we follow through with this plan then this league has every chance of working out. If you notice I have left my hands off of this League purposely. You all know if I wanted I could make this work. However doing that would have prevented the growth of the clan and the maturity of those in leadership. This is a great exercise in clan unity and preparedness. I look forward to this League reaching its championship. Thanks Bio, Super and whoever is lending a hand getting this League moving. maybe we are losing our UO soul, lets prove that we havent

unknown-nl wrote: Every day of the week some people will have obligations. The friday is not good for most American players, as they have obligations (work or school) during European playing times. The saturday will be avoided as much as possible, but we need to schedule matches on multiple days for this league to proceed. If the scheduled match is not suitable for your team, your team captain can of course always contact the captain of the oponent to make an appointment for another day for your match. So in the end all teams are able to arrange this themselves when nescesarry. ![]()

Unfortunately not all players can make it to every match. Team Paranoid can only get a team together on Sunday, so if the Rage Kings can get at least 3 players together as well on Sunday 11 december 1 PM EST, then you guys should play your match at that time. Lets try to get this plan going when we see each other in TS.
