Did you update to the latest version? (7.5)
Most likely you have an outdated version of the game. If so, you can download 7.5 from the website (the entire game). Or you should run WOTlauncher.exe this will make an automatic update from your current version. ![]() |

Uninstall the game and re install. That may fix the issue.

What RD said. It's probably your firewall or something along that line stopping WoT from using Network services.
What anti-virus do you use? |

I wouldn't think that Kaspersky would be the problem, but I haven't used it in a long time. You could always disable it for a couple minutes to try to connect to WOT. If it connects you know where the problem is, if not how to fix it.
Most of the time when I get a message like you described it is from inability to connect to the 'home' server which is why I said firewall or peer blocking software. I've used both peer guardian and peer blocker for torrenting and both have stopped games from calling 'home'. Any other IP hiding/blocking software could do the same thing. Are you running anything (foreground or background) when you get the connection error that also interacts with the internet? Are you running any new software that you were not running a few weeks back (or whenever it was when you could connect to WOT)? Now for a dumb one (that we've all done once or twice)... Are you sure that you entered the correct login/password? ![]() |
