Yup, that's how I see it. You have a mod that isn't cooperating, and is not compatible with PB. Sometimes you can get rid of the mod (especially if you know exactly which file it is, and replace it with the stock version) but usually you don't know, and then you (or I have had to) get to uninstall, DELETE the old game folder entirely (because the game will only remove files it installed, sometimes leaving the mod) and then re-install. Or if it's working on another, or on a friends computer, you can copy the fully installed game to a flash drive, dvd-r, or whatever, and paste into your machine. That should overwrite the mod, and all your registry entries (your CD key) will stay intact.

i think i know wich one it is becuase it is running B3 not PB so..
