Hey guys just wanted to give you a heads up on a new FPS free to play on steam. Tribes Acend. I've played the older tribes games and they are EPIC! This one I played a few months back in beta but now it's out.

Though it is free to play you can buy some things for the game, some of which are on sale on steam right now. I picked up the started pack which is $6 right now. Gives you some weapon unlocks and lifetime bonus XP so if you think you may be interested in playing it you should pick up that as well.

As far as I know this game is strictly online, it's kind of like firefall/unreal with skiing, not an MMO though. It's about speed which makes it pretty cool.

Just made account will download ..always loved tribes so I will play for sure..thanks for sharing..ok downloaded took 2 days ..but cant log in always gives me a Lost Connection with server..no info on web for this game. or to fix problems grrr .same issue i find is year old..
gave up trying to get in till i find a fix..
game looks great but as always i got problems and cant play ....
