This thread will be for anyone who wants to remember the sweet victories, the intensity of the hard fought ties and the delicious taste of earning gold.
As the tournament pays out gold for places 1 to 4 in the division now, I hope we can make this the thread with the most posts EVER in the BE forums.

Lets start with the glorious division champions of a couple of weeks ago. This fantastic flawless victory (7 wins in a row) was gained with the help of some mercenaries and delivered every team member a 1000 gold. This first ever tournament victory from this team made the Beasts of the East a force to reckon with!

Last Saturday we even had 2 golden teams. Lets start to celebrate the great 4th place of the Beasts of the East 3 team. Ruinberg was the theater of destruction this week, and destruction is indeed what was brought by this team. The end result after a night of intense battles delivered them the 4th spot overall, earning them a 100 gold each.

(I don't have any details on who played and who were the reserves, nor how intense the matches were, but feel free to share your glorious moments with us.)

In one of the other divisions the Beasts of the East team claimed 2nd place, which earned every member 300 gold. The 1-shot kill of the first spotted tier 8 medium in the 1st match by Vonzander in his GW Type E already indicated that this would become a night to remember.
The 2nd match seemed hopeless, we all gave up hope, except for VonZander. In his GW Type E he was the last man standing and faced an evil army of 3 injured IS-3 tanks. He managed to reset the cap twice by blind shooting, and killed 1 of the IS-3's with this. Unfortunatley, 1 of the enemies almost spoiled the tie, as he spotted VonZander and had the chance to finish him off. As fast as he could, The GW Type E rushed (or should I say slugged?) behind a building while he was reloading. The IS-3 was stupid enough to show his face, not expecting to be TD'ed by our great arty. The credits for this tie go to VonZander!
Several other intense battles were fought with so many great things happening I can't mention them all. But another highlight was the reset of the cap in the dieing second by Nobody, which was a huge game turner. All in all, with the unorthodox, but very sweet tactics brought by Wiggsy, this team earned a well deserved 2nd place in their division.

But the good news is that the Beasts of the East 3 team got in 2nd place! Congrats to these glorious gladiators that earned themselves 200 gold!

Anther 2 gold winning teams, so I'll start with the team that got a tie for 3rd place. Having power failures and internet problems caused this team some problems, but 5 wins in a row was a great start. Unfortunately, after that the undefeated record was lost, and a tie for 3rd place was the result, earning each team member 150 gold.

The sweetest play this week was (again) demonstrated by Beasts of the East 3. The decision in their division came down to the last match, which they managed to tie. This was enough to stay on top of the division and therefore they claimed the championship. Congrats to all these division winners! They now enjoy the taste of 400 gold each.
