deadly xphos, banned for 4 hrs... not sharing kills... idle and not on idle belt... this happpens all the time with him

"Trendy Laws" STEAM_0:1:38367240 Built severak level 2/3 sentries in idle room, then built a sentry gun in the boxing room. Perma-ban. "Citizen-X" (condump log didn't record his exact nickname or Steam ID) Shooting repeatedly in boxing ring. Perma-banned. |

Ok last 2 days... any one i banned was breaking the arena rules as always. Numerous people. As always tried to warn firts.. 1-2 chances before i banned anyone.
