We need to know what game , douche bags name,Steam id, screenshot/demo and what was the person doing

How to get a Steam id in source games (TF2 ,CSS,CZ,L4D,L4D2...)
Just open console with this key ~ ( under esc) and type status , press enter and you will get Steam id's of all players playing in your current game , make a screenshot (whatever key you have set in your settings) or type it down on paper

In KF we need his steam page since there is not steam id , open steam overlay (shift+tab is default) ,click current players or previous game players ,click on that douchebags profile and copy the link

In both cases we will need proof such as screenshot/s or better demo/video of what the person was doing wrong. You can set up 100% free account and upload screenshots on ImageShack or for video also 100% free account on YouTube.
The screenshots are mostly located in steam/steamapps/common/GamesName/screenshots so
for l4d : steam/steamapps/common/left4dead/left4dead/screenshots
for KF: steam/steamapps/common/killingfloor/screenshots
for TF2: \Steam\steamapps\YourAccountName\team fortress 2\tf\screenshots
for CZ: Steam\steamapps\YourAccountName\condition zero\czero >the .bmp files

We do understand that it might be pain in the butt , but if you like to play and have fun and don't want to be bothered by idiots and hackers on our servers this is the only option how to protect the servers from those douchebags when there is no admin around
