Reason For Ban: I never was given one.

I was playing in the TF2 server this afternoon as I oft like to do on many of my accounts. There were two or three individuals harrassing heavies in the boxing arena and on their way to the boxing arena. These same people were also frequently closing the door to the boxing arena.

As I know the server rules well, I warned these people that they were violating the rules, to stop harrassing the other heavies and I, and to leave the door open. Otherwise, I would report them to an admin when an admin came around.

10-15 minutes later Dogbreath makes himself known and starts telling people to leave the door open. I try to tell him over mic about the specific individuals that were still harassing and closing the door. At one point I see someone close the door and I go over to open the door. Dogbreath is invisible and I accidentally kill him while trying to open the door (I was using fists).

I immediately said over the mic "Sorry, I didn't mean to kill you, I was trying to open the door". He bans me a minute later without giving me a warning, asking my side of the story, or even explaining why I was banned.

He banned 1 of 3 people that had been harrassing heavies and closing the gate. And meanwhile he banned me for no good reason.

This was decidedly unfair.

On the chance that you are right and I DID step into the shot, i am requesting Beerhead to lift your ban. There was a lot going on and several people were breaking the rules. it does get confusing.

Just like in reading the server rules about closing the door, you can't follow the rules of protocol here either.
