Before you apply some things to consider are:

1. Do you have a sense of humor. If your gonna be in this clan you gotta be able to take a joke.Of course there is such thing as going to far but friendly banter will happen.

2. There is time for fun and games. Usually we are very laid back, but when it comes to clan matches we expect a honest effort to win. Also a commitment to teamwork.
