I´ve found some servers that have a good ping and good maps for us:

JTF-2 CO Dom/Warfare Public server (Favorite);

JTF-2 Combined Arms Co-op;

I suggest we always join one of those, that way we can play togheter

Just check IP and PORT, and when joining a MP game use "Remote" tab.
