Then follow below instructions:

1. Create a folder called "Bots" inside your "Call of Duty 4 - Modern WarfareMods" folder
2. Extract the contents of the download in the bot folder
3. Disable Punkbuster by changing its folder name from "pb" to "disabled_pb"
4. Reconfigure your COD4 MP shortcut to "C:\Program FilesActivisionCall of Duty 4 - Modern Warfareiw3mp.exe" +set fs_game "mods/Bots" exex svr_bots.cfg"
5. Start COD4 through that shortcut
6. Start a server "This will be a temp server to get the bots started"
7. Open console with ` and type the following "svr_bots 11". The bots will not activate yet.
8. Leave server and in main menu repeat 7
9. Start new server
10. Bots should work
