Hello There,

I was trying to join your server with some of my clan mates earlier this week and once ingame it kicked me after a min or so stating permanent ban issued prior kick/ban.

Could I ask what this is about as I dont recall having a ban on your server nor do I have one on any other server for that matter. BF4 tag is [WoA]Pvt_Elite. As our own server is often low on people and most of us have opted for other games until bf1 release I / we would like to join your 64 player server now and then

You have no hope of ever having your ban lifted, I suggest you have a real good think about why you got banned.
