Hello

I was playing on the bf4 band of brothers hardcore uk servers Thursday the 8th of June and i received a permanent ban.

I'm just trying to find out what i got banned for.

Also about a week before i got banned the admins told me to come on teamspeak because my score was constantly high. In teamspeak they told me that if I wanted to continue to play on the server i had to send video of my gameplay. I send them the following video:

After they saw the video they said i was just a good player and could continue to play on the server.

So i don't get why i still got a perma ban after sending a video of my gameplay.

well i did not ask to be unbanned.
I just dont see what I got a permanent ban for.
