Buenas! Dejé de jugar un par de semanas con mi usuario Nico y cuando intenté volver a conectarme hoy (intenté varias veces) el juego comienza pero se freezea a los segundos de haber comenzado. No tengo ningun ban por ninguna razón, y el juego estuvo funcionando bien siempre. Tiene algo que ver con el nombre de usuario porque cuando me loggeo con otro nombre funciona bien. Cualquier ayuda se agradece. Gracias

Hi! I've been playing KF on your servers for a while without any problems, but today when I tried to access the game it started and then froze. I've tried multiple times and I get the same result. I think it's something related to my nickname in the game (Nico), although I have no ban or any other issues related to that. That username has always belonged to me. When I change my username I can play normally. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Your KF is Steam or non-steam?

How can I know? My KF copy is not original, so I assume non-steam is the answer
