U can set guests from 0 to 10 or 20 or 30 depends on the xp they have.
i tink the level stuff was like this.
5 k = lvl 10
10 k = lvl 20
15 k = lvl 30

And also 5k is required for recruiting them.
when you recruit them make them apply here and register at ckagaming.com also teach them to make tags.

Only owners or founders can make promotions. unless any AAT or leader get permission to promote someone.
