Just open up the page where the picture is and then whilel hovering over it right click and choose something like "copy image location".
That is what you need to put between teh img tags. Just watch that you have the link that ends with .jpg or any other imgage type.
So the link that you would need to use (i.e. first picture) would be in that case http://image.www.gametracker.com/user/613/311/f/0/87617_l.jpg
