(to the tune of The Night Before Christmas)

Twas the eve of the battle, so ready and right,
All Clan CKA stood together to fight.
The MP40s were oiled, the mortars readied,
All the snipers, their rifles they'd steadied.

With Betillo as a medic and Monster as a spy,
Joumiez was in limbo, and GotSniped was jumping high.
Xdjlsx put his knife up, and Bubbs began to run,
While VonBaron chose a panzerfaust instead of a gun.

Bartman and Brutal called everyone to ready
And the entire clan's hands grew altogether steady.
We all ran together, with soil stomped into our treads,
As visions of sugarplums danced in our heads.

When out in the field there arose such a clatter,
All the Axis medics sprang to see what was the matter.
An explosion had occurred, and two landmines were tripped.
And suddenly Xdjlsx was stuck in a wall thanks to a glitch!

With one man stuck, and everyone else running,
I had a team check the noise to see what was coming.
Away to the right of the map we did fly,
Jumping over soldiers, both Axis and Allied.

VICE ran beside me, OneShot and Brian took the rear,
As we climbed through the tunnels and ran out into the clear.
We swept the horizon for snipers with our guns,
But knew that the noises we'd heard weren't for fun.

I ran to the tunnel, and looked back inside,
To see if anyone had run in behind us and died.
And what to my wandering eyes should appear?
But an Allied soldier prone, with his 50cal so dear.

Away to the group I flew like a flash,
They followed my warning out before they got thrashed.
The Allied soldier took pursuit of me, with 9mms in hand,
So I took some adrenaline, and lined up with my clan.

Then the soldier stopped quickly, and didn't even fire.
I waited for a moment for his connection to expire.
Instead the soldier turned and he ran out of sight,
yelling:

"CKA is too tough! They bring their brothers to the fight!"

well fun to have shared the Basic Maps server with my colleagues *CKA* but we will see and shared more battles on battefield...so great poem Lord i like it

Thanks very much for reading it, and thanks for letting me post it. Yes it took me a long time to write, but I laughed the entire time I read it out loud. If I could've, I would have included more CKA members but I didn't want the poem to be 2 pages long! thanks again for your comments, it was really really fun coming up with this little poem I'm glad you all enjoyed it.
