i was admin of much clans, and i work very good and i know that do!!!

You have to be in a clan for atleast 2 months to get promotion...

why? if i have 32000 xp

u got to have patience or u will never be promoted
everyone starts lvl 40 it doesnt matter if they been founders of 999 clans. u just joined man. we are different from others clans. so if you tink u gonna get level 70 in some minutes here i guess u should try it somewhere else.
we whant loyal people.
if you are joining because of the level u can go somewhere else theres plenty of others clans.

respecting everyone
helping people
following rules
recruiting
being active
when u have a problem with someone first talk with him try to solve the problem there is no need to kick him before talking with him dont forget to warn before kicking,muting or baning someone.
be patient dude
remember even when ur level 40 u have a good admin power u have to respect dont understimate it.

XP Shows only your playing time...

XP doesn't show :

- Time in the clan
- Activity on forums
- Helping people
- Respecting others...

- Time in the clan:i have 2 to 3 weeks
- Activity on forums: help to the people
- Helping people: i help a much PPL in the server, yesterday i helped to porta, and to others People of the problems with the server.
- Respecting others... : i respect to others People and i talk with they

2 weeks is not enough to come an admin...

Your eagerness to become admin and taking the initiative to help others on the server is commendable but like all things, it takes time to achieve what you want.

As a business owner and making a parallel, the passion and eagerness of newcomers has to be monitored and cultivated/groomed as not to derail the purpose and future running of the organization. Pushing the issue will not help your cause. Like any good business/organization, you have to earn your position and be a "fit/match".
