ok the link worked but when i try to play at the server it says that i dont have the right pk files or something like that

Try to put your etkey on your desktop and uninstall your ET, and delete all of the files (You have to download all of them again)
And then install your new et and place your etkey in your ETmain folder and your XP and Admin is back...
