starting now, every member (aside from some exceptions) will recieve level 4, unless you are told that you shall remain your current level. Promotions will be much more strict, as the next highest and only other achievable level is 8. This rule is enforced in hopes of resolving some of the problems in the clan pertaining to admin abuse of power. Following are the exceptions to this rule who will remain their current level or recieve a new one:

*CKA*Prodigy*BF* - Level 18 (Master AAT)

*CKA*Irving*AAT*BF* - Level 15 (AAT)

*CKA*Anonymous*BF* - Level 11 (Master Leader)

*CKA*Kobe*CKA* - Level 9 (Co-Leader)

*CKA*Ming_TW*CKA* - Level 8 (Recruiter)

Also, a new recruiting xp requirement will be issued for joining non-members. The new xp requirement will be raised from 2500 to 3480, due to the new starting xp of 980 for guests.
