This mod is a pretty cool one to play, still has a good gameplay mechanic without bogging down or completely rewriting the game like the Complex 7.4 mod.

Just goto the downlaods tab and download, the installer will do the rest. You should be able to use the shortcuts to run the mod but I just run it with the original short cut with the -mod parameter.
