5. PROMOTIONS: Earning a promotion has nothing to do with skills or time in clan, you earn promotion for dedication in the clan. Don't expect a rank up right away, it takes weeks for everyone to get to know you, so be patient. With promotion comes responsibility. Be an example for lower ranks and donate your time and money to the cause. Because dedicated members grow in rank, they earn respect. They put their time, effort, and money into this clan so show them respect they deserve. Respect your own rank, do the duties that come with it.

6. CHEATING/STAT PADDING: Any cheating/Stat Padding by a member will result in your immediate discharge and banning from the servers, website and forums Furthermore all accusations against others must be backed up with evidence or not made.
Any member found to be publicly accusing another player of cheating without proper evidence is considered inappropriate and will be dealt with accordingly. (This is huge, don’t do it!)

7. LOYALTY: If you are a member of the -=CBK=- clan, you can not represent, or be a member of another clan. Any member of -=CBK=- who is MIA without prior notice over a continuous period of 1 month will be moved to inactive, 2 more weeks will be discharged.

8. RECRUITING: Members are encouraged to recruit public in OUR OWN servers. You are not permitted to recruit out of other clan servers. You may, if you feel it is necessary, share your email or IM with someone in another server. If they contact you, you may then ask them to join. Use this method at your own risk and respect other server’s rules regarding this.

9. SERVER: All members will abide by the rules as stated in the CoC and the server. If you are not an admin do not threaten people like you are an admin. Empty threats cause doubt in the administration and makes the squad look bad. If there are any issues in the server, contact an admin or General immediately. Any infractions will be dealt with accordingly.

10. FORUMS: All members are expected to visit, read and post at least twice a month. As overall leaders, Generals reserve the right to remove any post that gets out of hand, or that we see unfit. You are not allowed to post links to illegal software, music, media, or any adult orientated websites. Offenders will lose rank, and possibly forum access! No political post, they will be removed because they always get out of hand, so to prevent it, they are deleted. Any member who chooses to leave -=CBK=- will need to submit their resignation in writing, privately to their next up in chain of command. No posts stating resignations are to be posted in the forums.
