Hey guys, maybe morts moving on might be an opportunity for one of the DOD members to start a server with the 1.7 patch....

Just think of it....a AdminBot to auto kick n00bs with tubes, marty & Last stand!

The maps china town and creek are sweet!

unMort has created a great server with great clan members that I love playing with, i'd hate to see all of morts hard work to fall by the wayside and the group of comrades disbanded...

Thoughts anyone?

It is a shame, i wouldn't mind throwing in some $ to keep the server alive, i would actually prefer to move up to the current patch...I've played cod for a while and never have played the latest version.

I just installed 1.7, and now I can't play on DOD The new maps are really great, better than most of the others. Creek is my favorite right now, and the colors are a ton more vibrant. It seems like now, with UnMort leaving and all, it's a great time to switch. One downside to 1.7 is that now there are 4000+ servers to choose from, and about 3500+ are empty.

ISNT THERE A 1.8 PATCH? I WILL BE DEFINATLY UPDATING TO LATEST PATCH.
WILL WE STILL BE ABLE TO TALK THROUGH THIS GAMETRACKER?

So Is ThErE a 1.8 PaTcH?

If someone takes over with a new server can they post the details i will be glad to play and continue fighting with the DOD members even if it means upgrading.

Its such a shame, DOD was a great place to play with people, it was also nice to be able to play on a server where martyrdom, last stand and grenade launchers were banned weapons/perks... Gonna miss it...
