I was playing on this server, and enjoying myself and having fun, and then got threatened by the console for using the Martydom Perk.

I was having fun and doing absolutely nothing wrong. I could see someone being banned for being disruptive, cussing, hacking, racism, flooding the chat, but for using a perk that is on one of your classes?

Anyway not only was a kicked with very little warning I was talked to poorly by whoever the admin was. I don't recall please don't use that perk, or anything. They talked to me in a threatening matter as if I had done something terrible. This was after I even removed the perk.

After which I replied back to them in the same hostile matter. Granted I didn't cuss, or anything. I just told them that I'll do what I want. Since they didn't ask nicely for me to do anything. If you are going to be rude to people then expect them to be rude back. A professional Administrator would have kindly asked me to not use something.

If you are going to permanently ban people for trivial things, then you're not a very good admin or server.
Regardless, I apologize for using the perk, but I'd like a apology for your rudeness.

You were warned by several players about using Martyrdom. You were vote kicked by the players on the sever. When you returned, I told you if you used it again I would ban you myself. Your reply "I'll use it whenever I want. Get used to it"
You knew the rules, yet you wanted to be a smart ass to the console.
It's hard enough to provide a fun server where players can come and enjoy the game without Martyrdom, Riflenades and Flame Throwers. We understand that all players don't understand English and give them the benefit of the doubt. But you (young lady) have a smart mouth. That's why I banned you. Like you said above "I just told them that I'll do what I want." Well this is our server and I'll do what I want.
But I'm not a dictator. I'll let the members decide.

As far as your closing statement, 'Regardless, I apologize for using the perk, but I'd like a apology for your rudeness.' No need to apologize for using the perk. We don't ban anyone for using Marty. If you expect an apology from me; Please have a seat, relax, it will be a long wait.

Oh I have a smart mouth? Do you monitor the chat that goes on in your server? Why not ban all the people who costantly cuss and harass other players? That's ok, but me telling you to get over yourself isn't? That makes a lot of sense. If your going to ban me for displaying a lack of respect for you, the same way you showed me no respect, then you really do need to get over yourself.

Seeing as how that was the only time I spoke the whole time I was on the server, and the way you warned me was just as rude, I don't think I'm the one with the problem. Oh and my reply to you wasn't "I'll use it whenever I want. Get used to it", It was "Get over yourself"

Anyway it's obvious to me you banned me because I hurt your little ego and you couldn't handle someone showing you the same disrespect you dished out.

Also I was never vote kicked, I left the server several times to check the server list and see if another server was no longer full. But I don't recall recieving a kick message. Oh and if you don't ban people for using Martydom, then your threatening comment was misdirected.

I don't care if you unban me or not, if that's how you treat users on your server and can't be nice to people, then I have no reason to play there. I play every now and then for fun, not to have arguments.

Since your refuse to apologize for being rude in the first place, I can't change my mind about you.
All you had to say was, Please don't use the Martydom perk. I would have said nothing, stopped using it and continued playing.

From the server logs,
Multiple players calling her to quit using Marty to no avail.
A kick vote was called and she disconnected from the server before the vote counter ended. Vote passed.
She reconnected and console message said, "Ailya, use Marty again and I'll kick you myself"
Her response, "I'll use it all I want o_o get over yourself" instead of, Sorry, I won't use it again.

I'm over it. Use your Marty and your mouth on that other server.

Seeing since it was the first time Ailya has played on our server (96 minutes total) your opinion on how I should run our server doesn't mean squat.

Ailya...theres a scrolling message that says no marty, you clearly have no respect for our server or our rules. When our rules are not followed, we have ever right to kick/ban someone.
I suggest you go back to kindergarten, learn to read and better yet, learn to play nice or sit in the corner for a bit and think about what you did wrong!

Having a perk on one of your classes, that you use on a multitude of other servers is not a serious offense, and like it was said "We don't ban for martydom." I was also by far not even close to the only one using it. So I didn't do anything wrong.

Also like I said I want a apology, don't care about anything else.
If you want people not to use something the attitude to go about it isn't to be hostile and forceful, it's to ask nicely, and they will be nice in return.

Seeing as how I took the perk off, and only responded with the same disrespect I was shown, I didn't do a thing wrong. So like the title said, I was unfairly banned because the admin got his feeling hurt because I didn't suck up and bow down to him, when he decided to act like a tyrant. But I was the one not playing nice right?

Oh well though, not all servers are professional, and yours certainly isn't. Playing on a server with corrupt admins is no fun.
A professional servers asks nicely, doesn't threaten people on their first offense, and doesn't talk down to them.

I could see if I purposely came to your server to cause problems and was arguing and cussing and harassing other players, hacking, breaking all kind of rules, and came on day after day breaking rules. However I was only on the server once, that I know of, didn't do anything but have a perk on one class, and spoke one time.

Using a perk that you don't like and being banned for replying in the same manner I was spoken to, is quite silly..

hmmmm wats our problem ? if you dont want play by the rules , its free for you too play at other server .
