In every game i play, other players can respawn on me - how can i change it ? There is 16 players and i am always one of the four of spawn.

YOU CANNOT CHANGE IT. this is a squad based game and therefore any one of your squad members can spawn on you if you are alive. I don't understand why this poses a problem to you! This is the game

what i don't understand is why is it an annoyance? it has many advantages such as backup or medics. otherwise just ignore them.

Like I said, if it's a problem for you get out of the squad and play solo.
But like Harps says, it has many advantages such as backup or medics.

I don,t like medics, mostly they do their job only for points and reanimate others in the middle of the action , so after reanimation we die at onece

I don't understand this problem.
BFBC2 is teamplay. Good spawnplaces are very important for your squad.
Good players take their team more and more to the flags or m-coms that way.
Unless you are a power camper and you don't like it, when your teammates spawn on you and shot/mooooooooove.
To play solo is senseless or simply for a higher score.
