I think your decision of disbandinment was fausly asscused without even a warning or a posting of rules.

I writing to inquire as to the reasons why I was banned from the server, and as an appeal to your decision. I admit I did get hot-headed (their top player was using marty and no one was doing anything about it) and used foul language against other players (not admins), however the scrolling rules never indicated that foul language was not acceptable. If I knew that foul language was penalized with a disbandment from the server then i would have never used the choice of words.

There are many players that are in DDD (ie. ProfDrWeed, Geronimo, Harps) that could probably vouch for me as an admirable player. Not only was I invited into the BETA MOD maps, I was also spent most of my time playing COD on your servers. I follow the rules of the server and I welcome back most frequent players. With my time on your server, I felt like I was apart of the DDD community. Eventhough I never joined, I felt accepted as a member of a good group of individuals.

I hope you reconsider your decision, if so, I will keep my mouth filled with a bar of soap and/or keep my tounge bit at all times.

I'm agree with matt to give him another chance, he's a good player that play by the rules (foul lang apart!)

I haven't. He's lucky he was unbanned. He was sent an email telling him to post his plea in the forums. He never answered my email and never posted in the forums. Like I said, he's lucky he was unbanned.
