Just a few minutes ago I was warned for spawn sniping, of which some of my kills were admitedly spawn killing. However I never shot directly into the spawn, allowing them to run out (yes I understand it's an iffy thing)

So after the warning, I stopped. Only aiming at the spawn to see what direction people were going, and also shooting people that are getting kills from their spawn or trying to kill people from it (self defense, kinda?). Either way, I get kicked from sniping the flag we are defending, yes it's only a 5 minute kick but I did not break any rules.

I am a mature player, but it's things like this that really get to me. I see many many people breaking the 3 golden rules of Rifle Gernades, Martyrdom(sp?) and Flame Throwers. Yet rarely enforced - Mainly Martyrdom.

Never the less I am personally spawn killed on a regular basis, I ask please enforce the rules when people are actually breaking them and not to an honest player defending a flag and his flank.

I am glad you shared your experience shortly after the incident. I am the admin who kicked you.

Prior to this you witnessed several other players being warned then kicked for spawn killing, martyrdom and rifle grenades.

I closely spectate (in 1st & 3rd person views) all players who are violating the rules before warning or taking further actions. After the warning you did not stop. I actually observed you for a significant period of time. After being killed you returned to snipe the spawn area and not protect the objective.

What you witness other players doing does not justify your breaking the rules. Our goal is to keep players and make this game enjoyable for all, not to kick them. But when the rules and warnings are ignored, you will be kicked.

Avoidance of the spawn areas will negate any further misunderstandings.

If an admin is on and they find players violating the Flamer or Riflenade rule, they will be warned, kicked and sometimes banned. As far as Martyrdom: Players from english speaking countries will be kicked before a player from (let's say) Hong Kong unless that player chats in english or responds to a warning but continues to violate the rule.

Admins also play the game and unless it's brought to their attention sometimes it may go unnoticed. But please don't come here saying you're an honest player and were defending the flag. Our admins like players that play the game and will never, ever kick a player who is protecting the flag. As a matter of fact, if there is a doubt as to whether or not the player is or may be defending the flag: that player will always get the benefit of the doubt. You were kicked by one of our most lenient admins. There was no doubt except maybe in your mind.

Thanks, but we always reply to a post made in open forums when it concerns the actions of a member or the admins. Our admins think before kicking or banning any player from the server, as they know I scrutinize each and every kick or ban.

I hope you can understand or point or view. Running a busy server with the rules we have is a difficult task. Some violators will slip through the cracks, but most are caught eventually.
