Hoo boy,

Ok......real noob question here! Every now and again I see this "Join Squad" option pop up.

What is it and how does it work.....? Cuz so far I've had to just ignore it as I'm not sure what it means.....lol

Some people like playing in a squad. It highlights the squad members so you can recognize them easier and players in a squad won't be auto balanced. As you know, we like our regular players and members to switch to the loosing teams sometimes so the maps don't end prematurely. I've never joined a squad except in Bf2 so maybe someone else can give you more details.

If you get an invite to join Squad, and you want to join, hit escape. You will see a window where you can accept. Doesnt work while you are dead, so make sure you hit escape when you are alive.

I join squads sometimes, but after i died 2 or 3 times, i always forget to watch where my squad-mates are and start playing on my own again. Guess i suck as a squad member, lol.

me and weed or chelski for example, sometimes create or join a squad, in my case when i create one an invite someone it's only a way to say "hi!", but after i play my own again and if needed switch team
