I don't particularly know who it was, as it was "server". But I was continuously being slayed for the recon limitations. I said in my defense within the first 3 times I was slayed that " I was the first recon kit on my squad and from the start of the map ".

The reply back was " I don't care, it says 1 recon class per squad " and I got slayed again and continued to be slayed for upwards of 7-8 times.

This continued until I changed squads, and told the admin to " piss off " because he did not care what so ever about what I said. So I went by the rules and was on a squad of my own. This proceeded by me being kicked with the message of " piss off? FU "

Came back into the server only to get kicked again after saying " Real mature admin, kick me because I changed squad to abide by the rules ". Kick message this time was " real mature you forgot to say you told the admin to piss off, FU"

I do enjoy this server and have played here for give or take 6 months if not a little longer. I understand it takes some fun out of the game when there are too many recon kits in the server.

My claim is as follows: if someone is immediately saying what I did, I would suspect there would be more consideration and attempt to get the other person to change kits by slaying them, or simply asking me to then change squads. Rather than a continuous slay and proceeded by kicking me from the server. I personally only saw 7-8 recon kits on a full team of 32 members, though I wasn't particularly counting I looked when I returned to the server.

This has happened to me before but because I saw that there were MANY other recon kits I switched and went on my way. I just don't like the way I was treated and was kicked by someone who gave me the impression of a 15 year old child with an ego. Because like many other people, no one likes to be slayed over and over, expecting no reaction at all and being defensive is ludicrous to say the least.

Just reeading your post here and the thing that got you kicked was telling the admin to piss off. that is not tolerated by anypne no matter how good their argument maybe. On the other hand we will look into this and see who the admin is and ask them for their opinion. To explain the situation about snipers....we try to limit the number of them in a team or else the map becomes frustrating and many players leave the server and many do not return. So in an effort to alleviate this problem we introduced the rule on snipers. Unfortunately although this seems a bit of a blunt instrument with which to enforce this, EA have left no choice thanks to the games setup. We ask for players understanding in this and hope that it makes the server a better place to play for everybody

I kicked him. He's lucky I didn't ban him. I posted a message on chat that the team had way too many recons and switch or die by admin. There was 9 recons on that team. I then proceeded to kill the recons in squads with more than 1 recon. His squad had multiple. You play on our server enough to know the rules. You should have switched immediately and avoided the admin kills. Instead (as you say) you continued without switching and you were continuously killed. You didn't care that I was only trying to enforce the recon limit. Why should I care what you think or say. Then you came back and said "Real mature admin, kick me because I changed squad to abide by the rules". That was a lie. You think you're going to make yourself look like the victim? You weren't kicked because you switched squads to abide by the rules. You were kicked for telling me (an admin) to piss off.
You are a guest in our house. A server we pay for and work very hard to keep popular with most players. A server that has rules which you think don't apply to you. A server that doesn't tolerate mouthing back to it's admins.
In short, you weren't kicked because you violated the max recon rule. You were kicked for mouthing off to an admin.
Next time you will know better. Next time I won't be so patient as to slay you so many times.

Sorry Geronimo, but that's not a lie at all. That's exactly what I said and I got kicked again for it (if not that then again for the comment I made). If it wasn't you than it was another admin in which I doubt was the case. I don't have any cause other than to say what happened. I could care less what or how I'm viewed on the internet because I'm old enough to realize it doesn't matter.

Playing the role of a victim? No more than the scenario caused then and there. Like I said, I think different routes should be thought of rather than instant slaying over and over and over. Also, as I said, I was the only recon kit on my squad when the map first started and I was enjoying myself. Atleast, while I was able to kill one person and was slayed to be left 1-0. Not to forget that this has happened to me before and I did switch kits and never said a thing about it.

But on a serious note, regardless of age, sex, race, or standing of fiscal contributions or not do you really think that complete disregard of a persons plea at all to you as the server owner (or admin) is not going to get retaliation in some form?

Personally, I think you're jumping to conclusions about my care, or lack of, about enforcing your own rules. As I did say, and will reiterate that I do understand the NEED for this rule. Though it can be, but I don't particularly agree, that it can be held in the same way coming from people who generally only play recon. Especially those who use it for the C4 aspect.

But by all means, if you're going to threaten to do something when I'm being honest, mature and not attacking you or your community then please do so as I'm not willing to be apart of it. And I know from my past experience that one person will not make a difference.

But you should know, if you're quoting my time played on the server, that if I was defending myself, there was reason for it that I did not want this enacted upon myself at this time. Though I know I'm not as observant as an admin monitoring the server, I didn't see a terrible abundance of recons when this took place, as I have before. Though I could easily be mistaken.

The only reason you were kicked was for telling an admin (me) to piss off. You were kicked a second time for saying that you were kicked for switching to abide by the rules when you were kicked for telling an admin to piss off. It has nothing to do with the excess recons on your team. I can't let people continue to exceed the recon limit because they say they were first. I didn't see you tell your squad member/members that you are a recon and to please switch squads.
Again, this is a mute point. When an admin says that there are too many recons on a team or squad and to switch or die by admin, that's exactly what it means. You decided to stay in the squad and recon while being killed by admin.

FYI this thread is for banned players. You were only kicked. Get over it. That's what got you kicked in the first place.
By your own admission, you know how we work. When a team exceeds the recon limit, they die by admin until it's corrected. You chose to ignore the admin kills and continue without switching. When you did, you mouthed off. You got kicked. Consider your self lucky you weren't banned.
